VENDOR INFORMATION:

1. Loading & Unloading: Directions and vendor site location will be provided with confirmation letter.
All vendors must UNLOAD all inventory items, followed by immediately relocating vehicles from the area.
Park vehicles and return for your preparation.
2. Parking: All economy size, midsize and standard size vehicles or pickups are to park at any metered parking
locations. Vendors will be provided one complimentary parking permit. Oversized trailers will be directed to park at a
locally designated location. Information will be provided with confirmation letter, including parking fee.
3. Licensing: Vendor states that all merchandise offered for sale is properly licensed and that no copyright regulations are being
violated. Vendor assumes full responsibility for compliance with licensing and copyright laws. The City of Ferndale has the exclusive rights to official Woodward Dream Cruise merchandise.
4. Taxes: Vendor remains responsible for all sales, use, employment and other taxes subject to their participation. Vendor must provide a receipt with company name, phone number and address upon any customer request.
5. Fire & Safety Inspection: The Ferndale Fire Chief, Fire Marshal and/or their designee will be on site performing inspections throughout the event. Any vendor who does not comply with the Fire Code adopted by the City of Ferndale will receive a citation and can immediately be shut down and removed from the event, unless citation is remedied and approved by the Ferndale Fire Chief, Fire Marshal and/or their designee. In addition, the vendor is held responsible for financial remuneration of citation fine and projected loss of sales to event.
6. Location: The City of Ferndale reserves the right to make any last-minute changes in the layout necessitated by operational complications. The City of Ferndale decision for site assignments is final.
7. Site Protection - Waste Disposal: The City of Ferndale holds each participating vendor responsible for the condition and maintenance of their rented area of space(s). During and after the event, each vendor shall assume responsibility for the temporary and permanent condition of their space. Vendors will be monitored to ensure compliance. If an area is stained, the vendor is responsible for restoring it to its former condition or cleaning will be performed by an approved service and all costs will be invoiced to the vendor.
8. Occupancy & Surrender of Premises: Vendor space shall be made available on an "as is" basis, and it is understood that the Vendor will inspect the space and take whatever actions are necessary to set up and operate in a safe and secure manner. At the conclusion of the event, Vendor shall surrender the premises to the City of Ferndale in as good condition as it was when first occupied by Vendor.
9. Cancellations: If the event or any of its elements should be prevented by any cause beyond promoters control (including but not limited to damage to buildings, riots, labor disputes, acts of God or acts of government), the promoter has the right to cancel with no further liability than a refund, less 10% processing fee, of rent money paid. Risk of damage or loss to vendor property is assumed entirely by the vendor.
10. Property & Liability: Vendor exhibits at own risk. The City of Ferndale, nor its employees or volunteers neither its contributors (collectively "Released Parties") are responsible for liability insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage for Vendor's operation.
11. Vendor Insurance: Vendor accepts full responsibility for all liability for damages to persons or property arising out of its use and occupancy of the premises and sales of the products thereof. Vendor must provide proof of general insurance liability insurance that is acceptable to the City of Ferndale.
12. Festival Authority: The City of Ferndale shall have complete authority and control over all aspects of the event. The City of Ferndale reserves the right to make any last-minute changes in the layout necessitated by operational complications. The City of Ferndale decision for site assignments is final. It reserves the right in its sole discretion to oversee and make whatever arrangements it deems appropriate for security, crowd control, clean-up, publicity and any other matters affecting the overall Event operation. The City of Ferndale makes no guarantees as to any specific level of Event attendance that Vendor will achieve any specified sales revenue.
13. Fees: Rates include tent, tables and chairs, excluding vendors with trailers.

VENDRO TRAILER RATES: 10' x 20' SPACE: $350.00 / 10' x 30' SPACE: $475.00 / 10' x 40' SPACE: $525.00
ELECTRIC USAGE FEE: $ 45.00
ADDITIONAL 8' TABLE RENTAL FEE: $10.00 each.
