The Ferndale Woodward Dream Cruise Weekend(FWDCW) is featured in the downtown shopping district of Ferndale,
Michigan, a metro Detroit suburb, and a participating member of the internationally recognized major event, the
Woodward Dream Cruise. The following is brief outline of our Rules and Regulations.
Loading & Unloading: Informationwill be provided with FWDCW confirmation letter.
Vendors will be allowed to unload vehicle on site, then move vehicle to a parking lot and return for booth set-up.
Parking: Vendors will be provided a Free Parking Pass for all economy size, midsize and standard size vehicles or pickups and permitted to
park in designated areas. Vehicles with trailers will not be permitted free parking and will be directed to other location.
Food & Beverage: No food or beverage items may be distributed or sold without the authorization of the FWDCW.
Vendor Property & Liability: Vendor exhibits at own risk. Neither the Ferndale DDA, nor the City of Ferndale, nor its employees or volunteers
neither its contributors (collectively "Released Parties") are responsible for liability insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage
for Vendor's operation. Vendor understands and expressly agrees that the Released Parties are not responsible for providing specific security
or protection for any such vendor property and are not responsible or liable in any way for said property, whether or not such loss is due to the
negligence of any Released Party.
Fire & Safety Inspection: Vendors who does not comply with the Fire Marshal's regulations with the result of the event receiving a citation will
be immediately shut down and removed from the event.
Licensing: Vendor states that all merchandise offered for sale is properly licensed and that no copyright regulations are being violated. Vendor
assumes full responsibility for compliance with licensing and copyright laws. The Ferndale DDA reserves the exclusive rights to Official
Woodward Dream Cruise merchandise.
Vendor Location: The Ferndale DDA reserves the right to make any last-minute changes in the layout necessitated by operational
complications. The Ferndale DDA decision for site assignments is final.
Taxes: The Vendor remains responsible for all sales, use, employment and other taxes subject to their participation. Vendor must provide a
receipt with company name, phone number and address upon any customer request.
Cancellations: If the event or any of its elements should be prevented by any cause beyond promoters control (including but not limited to
damage to buildings, riots, labor disputes, acts of God or acts of government), the promoter has the right to cancel with no further liability than
a refund, less 10% processing fee, of rent money paid. Risk of damage or loss to vendor property is assumed entirely by the vendor.

The Ferndale Woodward Dream Cruise Weekend features three days
packed full of family-fun events: Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Emergency Vehicle Show & Lights & Siren Cruise
Ferndale Classic Car Show and Mustang Alley Show, Kids Play Zone, along with an exciting line up of live entertainment
on two stages, Cruiz'n Food Court, exhibits and merchant vendors.
